Follow-Up Sessions

These ongoing sessions will be consistent as you move along in therapy. We will work on developing treatment goals, building coping skills, and strengthening self-confidence.

Duration = 45 Minutes

Offering specialized group therapy for specific demographics (i.e. teens, young adults, parents). Types include skills-based, psycho-educational, support groups, and process groups.
